These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 111cx ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all use of the 111cx website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services. 1. Definitions

2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 111cx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending satisfactory age verification.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility
It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their access to and use of 111cx complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 111cx does not accept registrations from persons resident in Prohibited Territories. By creating an Account, you represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where your participation would be illegal.
2.3 Registration Requirements
To register an Account on 111cx, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
- A valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification;
- A unique password of your choosing, meeting 111cx's minimum security requirements;
- Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older;
- Confirmation that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full.
111cx reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such rejection.
2.4 One Account Per User
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 111cx at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Management
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111cx Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any third party. 111cx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must ensure that all information held on your 111cx Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. You are required to notify 111cx promptly if any of your registered information changes, including your contact details or payment method information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
In accordance with our obligations under our international gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering frameworks, 111cx may require Users to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any time. KYC requests may include, without limitation, copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 Account Dormancy
An Account that has not been accessed and has recorded no wagering, deposit, or withdrawal activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 111cx reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee to dormant Accounts, the quantum of which will be communicated to Users in advance. Dormant Accounts are not closed and remain accessible upon User login.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
111cx currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

111cx reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Users will be notified of material changes to available payment methods via the Platform or registered contact details.
4.2 Deposit Terms
All deposits to your 111cx Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 111cx is not responsible for delays in deposit processing attributable to payment service providers or financial institutions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to fund the Account, subject to operational availability. 111cx does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your financial institution may apply its own charges. 111cx reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on 111cx, including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonuses, are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 111cx does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required on the User's end is the sole responsibility of the User.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
111cx is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. We operate in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under our international gaming licence. Suspicious transactions or activity patterns may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities without prior notification to the User. 111cx reserves the right to freeze Account funds and suspend withdrawal access pending investigation of suspected financial crime.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives made available on 111cx are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are set out in the specific promotional terms. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not qualify towards Wagering Requirements — eligible games and contribution rates are detailed per promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
111cx actively monitors for bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation:
- Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
- Using Bonus Funds in a manner designed to exploit the mathematical structure of games rather than for genuine entertainment;
- Wagering on low-risk outcomes or using hedging strategies to meet Wagering Requirements artificially;
- Exploiting promotional errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities;
- Coordinating with other Users to pass Bonus Funds between Accounts.
111cx reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus Funds that are not subject to active wagering or that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements within the timeframe specified in individual promotional terms will expire and be automatically removed from the User's Account balance without notice or compensation.
6. Gameplay Rules
6.1 Game Integrity
All casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, and other gaming products available on 111cx operate on independently certified systems. RNG-based games are subject to third-party auditing for true randomness. Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers following standardised procedures. 111cx does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of certified games.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or other system failure that affects the outcome or processing of a game round, 111cx reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant User Accounts. 111cx is not liable for winnings associated with a game round that was affected by a technical error, whether or not such error was apparent to the User at the time of wagering.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Each game available on 111cx carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface prior to the placement of any wager. 111cx reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any game at any time. 111cx may also impose individual Account-level stake restrictions where deemed necessary for responsible gaming or risk management purposes.
6.4 Final Decisions
In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by 111cx's server logs shall be considered definitive. If a discrepancy exists between information displayed on a User's device and the server log record, the server log shall prevail in all cases.
7. Sports Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Acceptance
All sports bets placed on 111cx, including cricket betting markets covering PSL, international fixtures, and domestic tournaments, are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets are not valid until a confirmation is issued by the 111cx system. In the event of odds being displayed in error — including due to system errors, data feed failures, or pricing mistakes — 111cx reserves the right to void any affected bets.
7.2 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time at 111cx's discretion, including when a significant event is about to occur in a match (e.g., a wicket fall, boundary, or over change in cricket). Any bet placed during a period where the market has been inadvertently left open due to a technical delay may be voided. All in-play bet decisions are final once confirmed.
7.3 Match Voidance
In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion sufficient for settlement purposes under 111cx's market rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the relevant User Account. Where specific rules apply to individual sports or competitions — including PSL or international cricket — those rules will be detailed in the 111cx sportsbook rules section.
7.4 Suspicious Activity
111cx reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity manipulation. Such decisions are taken in accordance with 111cx's obligations under its international gaming licence and cooperation with relevant sports governing bodies.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 111cx and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering or maintaining multiple Accounts;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming entertainment;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or use of stolen payment instruments;
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in any 111cx system or game;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
- Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;

- Permitting any third party to access or use your Account;

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Platform Availability
111cx makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 111cx shall not be liable for any losses arising from periods of Platform unavailability.
12.2 User Decisions
All gaming and betting decisions made on 111cx are made solely at the User's own risk. 111cx does not provide gaming advice and is not responsible for the outcome of any wagering decision made by a User. Users accept that losses are a possible outcome of gaming and that 111cx is not liable for any financial loss resulting from the User's gaming activity.
12.3 Cap on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111cx's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their 111cx Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Third-Party Services
111cx uses third-party game providers, payment processors, and technology vendors. While we select these partners carefully, 111cx is not liable for any errors, failures, delays, or losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.
13. Account Termination & Suspension
13.1 Termination by User
Users may close their 111cx Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any available real-money Balance at the time of closure request, net of any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds, will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.2 Termination or Suspension by 111cx
111cx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
- A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment service provider;
- A User's request for self-exclusion under our responsible gaming framework;
- Any other reason that 111cx reasonably determines justifies Account suspension in the interests of the platform's integrity or legal compliance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.2 Dispute Resolution

14.3 Formal Complaints

Where provided for under our gaming licence, escalation to the relevant regulatory body or independent dispute resolution service may also be available.
14.4 Jurisdiction
By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated under the governing law of 111cx's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described above.
